Chairman, Special Presidential Investigation Panel For Recovery Of Public Property, Okoi Obon-obla, has alleged that both judiciary and legislative arms of government are not helping the fight against corruption.
He stated that there is need to carry out social revolution in order to reduce corruption to its barest minimum in the country.
The presidential aide, who stated this On Channels TV’s Sunrise Daily, pointed out that corruption has become endemic.
Most Nigerians are pathologically corrupt,” he said. ”This is what we see in Nigeria and that is why this government says we are going to fight corruption.
Nigerians do not want to support the fight against corruption. The judiciary is not ready to fight against corruption, the legislature does not want to support the fight against corruption.
It’s as if it is only the president and the vice-president that are in support of fight against corruption.
