Sen. Murray-Bruce, Keyamo Join Nigerians In Celebrating Super Eagles

Senator Ben Muray-Bruce joined other Nigerians in celebrating the Super Eagles' 4-0 triumph over the current African champions, Cameroon in the 2018 Fifa world cup qualifiers. Goals from Odion Ighalo, Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Kelechi Iheanacho secured maximum points for the host at the Godswill Akpabio stadium. "4-0. In these days of divisions in Nigeria, we must thank the Super Eagles for provoking nationwide unity by this win. Proud of Super Eagles!," he posted.

Congratulations, Super Eagles, on the impressive win. We are looking forward to you sustaining the momentum in the return leg.

Constitutional lawyer and human right activist Festus Keyamo posted "The Super Eagles continue to teach us that, aside from politics, diverse pple & tribes in Nig always love to unite to achieve common goals."

Nigeria's unity

Nigerian currently tops the group B with 9 points after winning its firs three games.

Cameroon is second with two pints, followed by Zambia and Algeria with a point apiece. With this victory, some Nigerian believe that the unity of the country is non-negotiable despite the call for cessation by some part of the country.

....when the HEAD makes selection based on performance rather than QUOTA system.

we the politicians know that we can unite to achieve common goals but selfishness, self aggrandizement etc will never allow us

Well, I'll thank them, by extension for playing something that has a familiar definition; this brand of politics has none.

Victor Moses. Has been the best super Eagles player since he started playing for Nigeria. He makes our team look like a European side.
